2. Booking and Payments
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our office
- You must provide accurate and complete information during booking
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion
2.2 Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment must be made 30 days before departure
- For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately
- We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI
2.3 Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless specified otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price
- Additional charges may apply for special requests or services
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges apply as follows:

3.2 Cancellation by Singha Tourism
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances
- In case of cancellation by us, full refund will be provided
- We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the customer
3.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank charges, if any, will be borne by the customer
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
4.1 Required Documents
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driver's License)
- Medical certificates if required for specific destinations
- Visa and passport for international tours
- Travel insurance documents (highly recommended)
4.2 Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all documents are valid
- We are not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation
- Additional costs due to document issues will be borne by the customer
Note: For international tours, passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Medical Requirements
- Customers should be in good health to undertake the tour
- Inform us about any medical conditions during booking
- Carry necessary medications and prescriptions
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
5.2 Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all tours
- We are not responsible for any medical emergencies
- Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and baggage loss
6. Changes and Amendments
6.1 Changes by Customer
- Name changes are allowed up to 15 days before departure
- Date changes are subject to availability and additional charges
- Package changes may incur additional costs
- Amendment fees of ₹500 per change apply
6.2 Changes by Singha Tourism
- We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances
- Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided
- No refunds for minor itinerary changes
- Major changes will be communicated in advance
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 Our Liability
- We act as agents for hotels, airlines, and other service providers
- We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package
- We are not liable for force majeure events
7.2 Customer Responsibility
- Follow all local laws and regulations
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Be punctual for all scheduled activities
- Take care of personal belongings
7.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Transportation strikes
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Weather conditions
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection
- We collect personal information necessary for booking and service provision
- Information is stored securely and used only for intended purposes
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing

- If unresolved, complaints should be submitted in writing within 15 days of tour completion
- We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days
- We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days
10.2 Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian law
- Courts in Bangalore will have jurisdiction
- Any disputes will be subject to arbitration in Bangalore
11. General Provisions
11.1 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
11.2 Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Singha Tourism regarding our services.
